Account deletion and data removal

If you want to delete your GrowGuard account and associated user data, you can send the request directly from the app or, alternatively, by email. This page is public, indexable and suitable for app-store compliance requirements.

How to request deletion

  1. If you are signed in to the GrowGuard app, use the Delete account section to send the request directly from the app.
  2. As a fallback, send an email to [email protected].
  3. Recommended subject: GrowGuard account deletion request.
  4. Send the request from the email address used for GrowGuard, or clearly specify the account email in the message.

What gets deleted

Account deletion covers the GrowGuard account and associated user data, except where some data must be retained temporarily for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.

Subscriptions and orders

If you have an active subscription or open orders, we may first confirm the impact of the deletion request and any information that must be retained for billing or support.

Response time

Requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible after verifying that the request comes from the account holder.
