1. Acceptance
By using GrowGuard, users accept these terms and the pricing, billing, and ordering conditions displayed in the app, shop, and checkout flow.
GrowGuard Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the use of the GrowGuard app, public shop, subscriptions, GrowGuard AI credits, and team-managed accounts.
2. Accounts and access
- Each user is responsible for their own account security.
- Team seats are managed by the account owner.
- Access may become limited when a subscription expires or a seat is deactivated.
3. Subscriptions and team seats
- Main subscriptions and teammate seats are billed through Stripe.
- Deactivating a teammate may take effect from the next billing cycle, depending on seat state.
- Trial access and limited access are controlled by GrowGuard backend logic.
4. GrowGuard AI credits
AI credits are consumed per analysis as shown in the app. Purchased credits are non-recurring unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Sensor and service orders
Product, service, and subscription orders are processed through GrowGuard and Stripe. Shipping fees and mandatory service lines may be added automatically according to the catalog configuration.
6. Limitation of liability
GrowGuard provides operational and analytical support, but users remain responsible for agronomic, commercial, technical, and treatment decisions. GrowGuard AI outputs are assistive only.
7. Acceptable use
Users may not attempt unauthorized access, service disruption, illegal content upload, or misuse of TTN keys and integrations without proper rights.
