GrowGuard return, refund and withdrawal conditions for online orders.
Return window
For online orders delivered to consumers, the customer may request withdrawal within 14 calendar days from delivery, subject to applicable consumer law. Business orders are handled according to the agreed commercial terms.
How to request a return
